Specialised Individual Classes In our Specialised Individual Classes, we offer one-on-one sessions in the form of a Private, Duo, or Trio lessons. These classes are customised by your chosen Novaturient health and fitness instructor to align with your personal needs and goals and can range from general beginner sessions to rehabilitation and specific health and fitness goals.

Duo or trio

Have a chance to conditioning yourself to be in the best shape of your life.

An hour-long, one-on-one session that sees you and your spouse, a family member or friends, grouped together in a private lesson that customized for your group. These are intermit group sessions. If you are more advanced, you may prefer a Private, Duo, or Trio sessions with a personal instructor to focus on your specific needs. Your instructor will develop a personalised program to align with your goals, whether it be core strength training or horse riding, stretching and mobility to balance your body for marathon training, or simply body conditioning yourself to be in the best shape of your life. We pride ourselves on using our in-depth knowledge of the body and vast years of experience to give you the best customised and personable programme possible

An hour-long Group Class to facilitate you and your family, friends, or colleagues together in a private class. These classes provide you with the friendly competition and camaraderie of your family and friends while working hard on your health and fitness goals with a member of our professional team. These are intermit group sessions with a custom programme.
