Nicole Erasmus
Fitness, and more specifically Pilates, facilitated such incredible changes in my life. Once I felt the benefits I knew I would never train any other way again. For me personally I love how Pilates reconnects us with our bodies, it improves our awareness of ourselves and our surroundings, and puts us back in control of our movements and thoughts. I incorporate Pilates into all areas of my life, it’s improved my posture, its helped me manage old injuries and improved my training.”
Nicole is a comprehensively qualified Pilates Instructor since 2016. With a background in dance, functional training and rehab, she believes in holistically training the her clients – educating them about their bodies and always trying to motivate them to achieve their goals.
Nicole combines her passion for Pilates and love for Functional Fitness and in this way she feels like she caters to her clients needs entirely; from rehabilitation to injury prevention and maintenance, to conditioning her clients bodies and enhancing sports and athletic performance.
Her love for this industry and helping others live their best quality life has lead her to passionately pursues courses in many different disciplines so that she may constantly improve her knowledge and grow as an instructor as well.

Daniélle De Wet
Danielle is an energetic and passionate Biokineticist that believes in bodily movement as the gateway to a healthy life. She obtained a (BSc) degree in Human Movement Science at the North-West University and an Honours (BSc) degree at The University of the Witswatersrand in 2017. As a recently qualified Pilates instructor and a Biokineticist with five years of experience, Danielle focuses on mind-body control techniques as a foundation of her rehabilitation process for sports injuries, chronic disease rehabilitation and conditioning.
Danielle’s pursuit in adding pilates to her practice was always going to be the next natural step. She has always been passionate about sports and movement, and at a young age she already experienced the effects of repetitive motion injuries through sports. Practicing as a bio she has had to treat many clients suffering from similar injuries, not only through sports but also clients who lead a sedentary life style. Danielle not only wants to help her clients come back from their injuries with rehabilitation, she also wants to help them maintain a healthy active lifestyle and prevent old injuries from returning or new one from occurring through showing her clients how to manage their imbalances with pilates.
Danielles background in biokinetics has made her a sort after pilates instructor. Her in-depth knowledge of the body coupled with her love for a good challenge means her classes are intense and stimulating. Clients always leave her sessions with a sense of achievement and much healthier and happier bodies.
My passion lies in helping people enhance their physical performance and health care through movement as the primary modality. I genuinely believe that the ability to move is a gift.”

Taneal Cooper
This instructors name says it all; Taneal means passionate, and she truly is! Especially when it comes to health and fitness, and helping others to find their passion for life through improving their overall wellbeing.
Taneal is a qualified Personal Trainer, certified in Pilates Mat and Reformer, Specialised Atheltic Nutrition and Group training. Taneal has experienced first hand the incredible benefits that mind-body training can have on her clients results when Pilates techniques such as mindfulness and control are applied to their workout programs.“When the body and mind work together, I personally feel I’ve achieved the best workout possible .”
Taneal’s clients love how diligently she prepares for each session, whether with personal training or in a group class setting, she takes care to plan with her clients goals in mind, you’ll always find intention in each of her workout programs. She strives to make sure every client truly feels the benefits of every exercise and every session.
Taneal truly believes in the importance of daily exercise and strongly promotes consistency, she believes the key to success lies in effort from both trainer and client in order to receive the best results.
Her mission as an Instructor is to uplift each of her clients and work together as a team, forming good bonds and understanding each one and their different needs so that they leave feeling stronger, healthier and happier.
Taneal is definitely an all-rounder coach who is dedicated, passionate and always brings positive vibes to her classes and private sessions!
Natalie Oberem
“Pilates has always been my strengthening exercise of choice” Natalie has trained and danced professionally for many years and in many dance styles, to name a few modern, tap, jazz, contemporary, afro-fusion, spanish, ballet and physical theatre. Besides freelance teaching and choreographing for numerous modern and ballet studios within East London, she ran her own studio “All Feet Can Dance” before moving up to Johannesburg in 2018.
Natalie is also a mom of two who enjoys leading an active and healthy life style, some of here hobbies include mountain climbing, trail running, cooking, travel, theatre and spending time at the ocean.
Movement and fitness is something she does naturally and with great enjoyment and enthusiasm. Natalie has always known that in order to preform her best in both her career as a professional dancer and choreographer, as well as continue to enjoy her active life style with her family that she has needed to keep her body in a condition fit to endure the physical demands that her career asks of her.
She has used the Pilates technique to personally maintain her health and fitness as well as prevent imbalances and injuries occurring in her own body, therefore training as a qualified BASI Pilates instructor was a natural and easy transition from her dancing profession.
Natalie specialises in group classes at Novaturient, both in Pilates focusing on body balancing and conditioning, as well as Barre which with her background in ballet she teaches with a beautiful blend of pilates, booty burning intensity and creative dance choreography. Her unique style of teaching and gentle encouraging nature always leave her classes fully booked!

Maria Wolfaard
Geraldine is qualified Yoga Teacher who offers Yoga to Teachers & Students in order to help de-stress, relax & become for focused.
She is an experienced, dedicated, passionate & professional Teacher offering motivation & inspiration to all students who partake in her classes. Geraldine is committed to the highest professional standards of Yoga available today on both a spiritual & physical level.
She has been teaching for over 24 years and offers teachers training, and is currently one of 6 AntiGravity Yoga Trained Instructors in South Africa, you can always find her floating upside down in her hammock.
She specialises in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Preggie Yoga and Meditation. Geraldine is brilliantly creative and often fuse’s different styles of Yoga into her classes. Her classes are sensational.

I am a certified BASI (Body Arts Science International) Mat instructor and specialise in teaching one to one lessons, teaching the steps and understanding of breath, alignment, stabilisation and mobilisation, which is key to developing and improving physical and mental wellbeing
With one to one lessons your strengths and weaknesses are constantly addressed, with immediate feedback to accelerate and deepen the understanding of each movement and exercise

Daniela Afonso
Movement has always played an integral part in Danielle’s life, she is happiest when active, especially when learning new sports and activities. Her love of sports really highlighted to Dani the importance of health, fitness and taking care of one’s body so you can continue to enjoy your hobbies and activities to their fullest throughout your life.

Her journey to Pilates started with her Pole Dancing students. The use of Pilates movements and techniques came quite naturally to her when she realised her clients where needing to improve their strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence so they could truly enjoy the benefits of each Pole class.
“I love seeing what creating a connection with one’s body did for the confidence of my clients, especially women. I strive to help women create a relationship with their body, to learn to love and accept it for the impressive and miraculous being that it is. Pilates, I believe is a great tool to achieving this mind and body connection while still being accessible to anyone who is interested in trying it out.”
Danis belief in her abilities to achieve anything she puts her mind to is one of the most powerful qualities you can find in a great instructor. She is deeply passionate about encouraging others to reach for their dreams and believes in a holistic approach when planning sessions for her clients and classes, in this way she caters to all her clients abilities and needs entirely.
All of this along with Danis diverse experienced in many different sports and activities such as swimming, canoeing, ultimate Frisbee, yoga, weightlifting and aerial dancing, gives her a well rounded outlook on the anatomy of movement and making her a truly inspirational trainer.

Yolandi Rogers
Yolandi Rogers is our Pound Fitness Pro and Pilates Instructor. She feels very passionately about incorporating core training into any exercise regime and the empowering effects of exercise.
Yolandi has personal experience in knowing how important understanding the basics of Core engagement, Posture and Alignment can be, as it leads to better balance and stability. Her aim as a Pound Fit and Pilates Instructor is to empower each and everyone of her clients so they might to see and feel the difference for themselves, and leave every one of her sessions feeling stronger.
She firmly believes that through the benefits of Pound Fit and Pilates you can improve your life.
Suada Besic
Suada has always felt passionately about helping others, especially when it comes to health and healing, this combined with her curiosity for the human body and its incredible ability to heal and transform itself lead her to study and pursue a career in nursing.
Suada moved to South Africa in (year) and started her family; due to the long working hours she made the decision to stop nursing and focus on her children. Suada desire to still help other in a health related industry drew her to explore Pilates. “After attending some Pilates classes, feeling the changes in my own body and hearing such positive things from others who’s lives were improved through the practice, I decided I needed to study Pilates.”
Suada qualified and began teaching in 2012 and soon realised what an impact her teaching was having on her clients, how regular movement was facilitating incredible changes in both their bodies and minds.
She felt there was an important link between mindfulness in movement and continued to pursue her passion in healing through movement in 2014 by attending Yoga classes in search for clarity and mindfulness. “Yoga showed me that there is a way to find peace and happiness after all. Yoga helped me while going through some tough times in my life” This personal experience encouraged Suada to study Yoga and became Yoga Hatha instructor in 2019.
Suada feels she has found a perfect balance between the two disciplines; “Pilates has given me a more functional and able body and Yoga has given me calmness and flexibility.”
Suada continue to extend her knowledge in both Yoga and Pilates making her a truly dynamic instructor who aims to always help her clients overcome their own personal challenges and achieve their goals.
“It gives me an absolute joy to see my clients walk out of my classes in a better head space, feeling healthier, more calm and relaxed.”
