Introduction to the class

Our mat classes are an hour of energetic exercise and stretching, making use of the floor space and mats, they include classes like; Pilates Mat, Yoga, Barre and Body awareness for functional training.

All the mat classes make use of the small auxiliary equipment available in the studio, this includes but is not limited to the Barres, TRX, stability balls, small soft balls, foam rollers, yoga blocks and straps, light handheld weights, fitness circles, therabands etc. making the most of your bodies functional strength.
