Introduction to the class
An orientation is a “one on one” session, where we will introduce you to the foundational, building blocks of Pilates, in order to prepare and integrate you into a group environment.
To achieve the true benefit of training, it is vital to lay a solid foundation to economical movement as well as a good understanding of what your physical needs are goals are. Through setting your personal goals and completing a postural assessment, we are able to identify your mechanical strengths and weaknesses in order to have a complete understanding of your habitual movement patterns.
The orientation sessions can only be seen as an investment into your Pilates journey.
