Introduction to the class

Our Kiddies Classes offer many benefits such as providing regular physical activity that helps develop your child’s motor skills (such as hand-eye co-ordination). It builds stronger muscles and  bones, improves their postures, and maintains a healthy hearts and keeps a healthy body weight. It further more improves concentration, better thinking and problem-solving, sleep and energy levels, whilst improving learning and sports performance.

The focus is on moderate intensity exercises that help to relieve some chronic (long-term) pain conditions brought on by our life styles today.

Those who undertake regular physical activity enjoy improved relationships and a more positive body image, it decreasing depression, anxiety, pain and loneliness.
