Barre is a high intensity, low impact cardiovascular workout. The burn is brought on by high repetition of small range of motion movements, targeting the stabilisers and increasing the mobility of the joints. While traditionally Barre targets, lower extremities, we focus on the body as a whole.
Novaturient Pilates offers the functional cross training aspect to the classes, thus putting our unique spin on a stereotypical barre class, creating a class that everyone can enjoy.
